Members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have condemned former Kogi State Governorship candidate Dino Melaye for his recent criticisms of the party’s leadership. The PDP Frontliners group accused Melaye of damaging the party’s reputation with his harsh remarks.

Melaye had claimed that under the leadership of Amb. Umar Damagum, the PDP has become “commercialised and privatised,” a description the stakeholders find disrespectful. This criticism was voiced in a statement released in Abuja, signed by Alhaji Hussein Mohammed (President), Mr. Moses Abidemi (Secretary), and Mr. Dan Okafor (Publicity Secretary).
