Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, has committed to ending the 21-year power outage at the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Uli Campus, located in the Ihiala Local Government Area. Soludo made this promise during a one-day working visit to the campus, as announced in a statement from his Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, on Wednesday.
The Governor expressed his determination to bring electricity to the campus, emphasizing that the entire Uli community would also benefit from the initiative. He noted that while the campus environment is orderly, there is an urgent need for substantial infrastructure upgrades.
