The Federal Government of Nigeria has announced plans to host the country’s first-ever Nigeria International Airshow in 2025, which will be held in Lagos. Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, shared this vision during a press conference in Abuja on Thursday.
Keyamo emphasized the airshow’s role in showcasing Nigeria’s potential in the aviation sector. The event is set to bring together industry leaders, visionaries, and innovators, aiming to foster partnerships, attract investment, and drive sustainable growth across Africa’s aviation industry.
“Our aspiration is clear: to position Nigeria as a central hub for aviation in Africa,” Keyamo stated. “This groundbreaking event marks the beginning of a new era for Nigeria and African aviation.”
