During a dinner held in his honor in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, Nigeria’s President Bola Ahmed Tinubu emphasized that Africa must address its own challenges and push for peace, stability, and democracy as the keys to collective progress. Tinubu urged African leaders to invest in research and development and take strategic steps to counter the continent’s brain drain.
Highlighting the longstanding relationship between Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea, he stressed the importance of internal solutions to African problems and collaboration to resolve conflicts across the continent. His visit also included signing an agreement on the Gulf of Guinea Gas Pipeline Project, further solidifying ties between the two nations.
